Geitepor projectors run on Android TV, supporting Google Assistant, Chromecast, Netflix, YouTube, and other popular apps for a rich smart entertainment experience.
Our projectors feature native 1080P Full HD resolution for crisp and detailed images. Some models also support 4K decoding, meaning they can process 4K input and downscale it to 1080P for smoother playback.
During autofocus, press the left or right button on the remote to fine-tune focus until the image is clear.
Most models support ±45° electronic trapezoid correction (vertical & horizontal), with some offering auto keystone adjustment.
Use a compatible HDMI adapter to connect your phone. Some devices may require an HDMI splitter for a stable connection.
Yes. All Geitepor projectors feature built-in stereo speakers. For a more immersive sound, connect to Bluetooth speakers or a home theater system.
Depending on the model, you can enjoy screen sizes from 55 inches up to 300 inches, perfect for home theaters or outdoor movie nights.
Yes! With low latency, HDMI input, and Full HD clarity, our projectors deliver smooth and immersive game experiences.
Our LED light sources last up to 50,000 hours, which equals more than 10 years of usage (4–5 hours daily).
Orders & Shipping
Log into your account and go to “My Orders.” For guest purchases, use your order number and email from the confirmation email.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options (check the checkout page for availability).
All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption and trusted payment providers.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track directly from your account.
Yes, before your order is shipped. Contact customer service as soon as possible. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping with tracking. Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on location.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs in all cases, including returns due to defects.
Contact us at support@geiteport.com within 30 days. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos. We’ll issue an RMA number and return address.

All new projectors come with a 1-year warranty.
Warranty covers repairs, replacements, or refunds for defective items. Damage due to misuse is not covered.
Technical Support
Connect to Wi-Fi, then go to Settings > About > System Update to check and install updates.
- Check the power connection
- Try holding the power button for 10 seconds
- If it still doesn’t work, contact customer service
Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi, select your network, and enter your password.
- Use the remote to adjust focus
- Adjust the distance between projector and screen
- Ensure the lens is clean and the projector is aligned properly
