Return Window (Quality Issues Only)
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date if a manufacturing defect or quality-related issue is confirmed.

Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be in original condition, with no damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid ingress, or unauthorized firmware/hardware modifications.
- Return must include all original accessories (remote, power cable, HDMI/AV cables if included, lens cap, manuals, warranty card, gifts) and the original retail packaging (inner trays, protective films, foam, and outer carton).
- Serial number on the product must match the order and not be tampered with.
- Lens and casing must be free of scratches, cracks, or stains not present at delivery.
- Please factory reset the device and remove any personal accounts/data before returning.

Non-Returnable / Not Approved
- Non-quality reasons (change of mind, brightness/color “not as expected” due to ambient light or screen, compatibility with third-party screens, mounts, or media players).
- Requests filed after 30 days from delivery.
- Physical damage, signs of misuse/neglect, unauthorized repairs or firmware modifications.
- Missing original packaging or any accessories/manuals/gifts; serial number mismatch or tampering.
- Contamination/odor, severe cosmetic wear beyond normal inspection/testing.
- Gift cards, digital goods, personalized or final-sale/clearance items (where applicable).

Dead on Arrival / Wrong Item / Transit Damage
If your projector arrives damaged, is defective on arrival, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue (including outer carton and shipping label). After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email support@geitepor.com within 30 days of delivery. Include order number, issue description, and evidence (photos/videos).
- Wait for our approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with the correct return address. Do not send items back without authorization.
- Ship the item using a trackable service and share the tracking number.

Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for all returns, including quality-related returns, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error as required by law.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; please use a trackable and properly insured service.

Inspection & Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Posting time depends on your bank/card issuer. Items not returned in eligible condition may be denied or refunded partially.

Bundles, Gifts & Partial Returns
Bundle or promotional sets must be returned in full. Returning only part of a set is not accepted unless specified by our support.

Only orders placed on geitepor.com are eligible for this policy. For marketplace or retailer purchases, please contact them directly.

Legal Rights
Where applicable, local consumer protection laws (e.g., EU/UK consumer rights) may grant additional rights. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@geitepor.com as soon as possible.
Before Shipment: We can process cancellations for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. (Address and other information can be modified before the order is shipped.) Please be aware that for all cancelled orders, a non-refundable transaction fee charged to us by our payment processor (Shopify) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If your order is already in transit, the order cannot be canceled. you will need to wait for it to be delivered. You may then initiate a return only if the item meets the criteria outlined in our return policy for quality-related issues. (If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping fee and the return shipping fee., and we will also charge an additional service fee of 10% of the order amount.)
