Thank you for shopping with Geitepor. This Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods, security, taxes and duties, and how we handle payment issues and disputes.

1. Payment Methods

Availability of Google Pay/Apple Pay may vary by device, browser, region, and card issuer. We do not accept cash, checks, or COD.

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card/account is in another currency, your bank or provider may apply a conversion rate and fees. The final amount charged in your local currency may differ due to FX rates and bank charges.

3. Taxes & Duties

Prices shown on our Site exclude applicable taxes and import duties unless otherwise stated. Taxes, customs duties, and related charges are the customer’s responsibility and are assessed according to your local laws and regulations. See also our Shipping Policy.

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed through encrypted gateways using industry-standard SSL/TLS. We prioritize the security of your financial information and do not store full card details on our servers. Card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.

5. Fraud Prevention & Verification

Transactions may be subject to AVS/CVV checks and, where supported, 3-D Secure authentication.

We may request additional verification (e.g., ID/address proof) or cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized. Please ensure your billing details match the records held by your bank/issuer to avoid declines.

6. Authorizations, Charges & Split Shipments

Your bank may place a temporary authorization hold at checkout; the final charge posts when your order is confirmed or dispatched.

For orders shipped in multiple parcels, we may capture charges per shipment.

Your order is accepted when we confirm or dispatch it. If we cannot fulfill, we will cancel and refund the corresponding amount to your original payment method.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails, please verify card number, expiry, CVV, billing address, and available funds, then try again. Persistent issues may require contacting your bank/issuer. You can also try another method (e.g., PayPal, Apple/Google Pay).

8. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment authorization, an order confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is correct and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

9. Refunds & Timing

Refund eligibility and conditions are defined in our Refund & Return Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process refunds within 5–7 business days after approval; posting time depends on your bank/issuer. FX differences, bank fees, or currency fluctuations are not refundable.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve quickly.

We reserve the right to submit evidence (order records, tracking, delivery confirmation, correspondence) to contest unwarranted chargebacks.

Repeated or abusive disputes may result in order cancellation or account restrictions where permitted by law.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment processors may process your data under their own privacy terms.
