1. Free Shipping for All Orders

We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our official website. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–7 working days after your order confirmation email is sent. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Note: Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 working days. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Actual delivery times depend on each carrier’s processing and routing.

4. Taxes and Fees

All products sold by Geitepor are inclusive of consumption tax and customs duties.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify the address after the package has been dispatched.

6. Undeliverable Locations

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or the following regions:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Guam
  • Military Zones
  • Remote islands or areas with limited courier access

7. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.

8. Multiple Items in One Order

To speed up delivery, items in one order may be shipped in separate parcels and via different carriers. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.

9. Can I Change the Delivery Address After Shipment?

After dispatch, we cannot change the delivery address. You may contact the carrier directly to request an address intercept or pickup hold (availability varies by carrier and is not guaranteed). We’re happy to assist with carrier contact details.

10. Shipping Disclaimer & Delays

Transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, peak seasons, severe weather, public holidays, or localized carrier backlogs. Some carriers may deliver directly to your door/mailbox without a phone call. If a signature is required and no one is available, your package may be held at a local facility for pickup.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Please wait 48 hours, check with neighbors/household, and contact the carrier. If still not found, email us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan.
  • In-Transit Lost: Contact us if tracking has no updates for 10+ working days; we will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Damaged on Arrival (DOA): Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

12. I Received a Different Product Than Ordered

If you received the wrong item, please email us at support@geitepor.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item/label. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund after verification.

13.Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@geitepor.com as soon as possible.

Before Shipment: We can process cancellations for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. (Address and other information can be modified before the order is shipped.) Please be aware that for all cancelled orders, a non-refundable transaction fee charged to us by our payment processor (Shopify) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If your order is already in transit, the order cannot be canceled. you will need to wait for it to be delivered. You may then initiate a return only if the item meets the criteria outlined in our return policy for quality-related issues. (If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping fee and the return shipping fee., and we will also charge an additional service fee of 10% of the order amount.)
