At Geitepor, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy applies to new products purchased directly from geitepor.com and should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy.
1. 1-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a one-year limited warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal, intended use.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase and a valid product serial number are required.
2. 30-Day Quality Assurance (QA)
Within 30 days of delivery, if a quality-related issue is verified, we may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion: repair, replacement, or refund.
Note: Returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, preference, or compatibility) are not accepted.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns/Warranty
All shipping costs related to returns, inspections, repairs, and replacements are borne by the customer unless required by law.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please use a trackable, insured service and pack items securely with original protective materials.
4. What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
- Internal hardware failures not caused by external factors or unauthorized modifications.
5. What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumables (e.g., remote batteries, cables).
- Damage due to misuse, drops, liquid ingress, poor ventilation, power surge, or unauthorized repair/modification/firmware.
- Image performance issues due to environment or setup (e.g., ambient light, unsuitable surface, user focus/keystone settings).
- Serial number removed/altered, or mismatch with purchase record.
- Damage during return shipping caused by inadequate packing by the customer.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.).
6. Dead on Arrival / Wrong Item / Transit Damage (Within 7 Days)
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos (including outer carton and shipping label).
- Dead on Arrival: Remedy may be repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Wrong Item: Remedy may be replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Transit Damage: Verified shipping damage is not a warranty claim. The remedy is replacement within the 7-day claim window (subject to verification), unless required by law.
7. How to Make a Warranty Claim (RMA)
Email support@geitepor.com with:
- Order number and purchase date
- Description of the issue and troubleshooting steps tried
- Clear photo/video of the issue and the product label
- Product serial number (e.g., #SL1234567890)
Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Include original packaging, accessories, and perform a factory reset (if applicable) before return.
8. Inspection & Remedies
Our technicians will inspect returned items. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund. If no defect is found or exclusions apply, the item may be returned to you at your cost.
9. Geographic Limitation
Warranty services are only available in the country/region where the product was originally purchased and delivered.
10. Out-of-Warranty Service
Paid repair or replacement options may be available once the warranty expires. A quotation will be provided upon request.
