We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All products sold by Geitepor are inclusive of consumption tax and customs duties. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order is submitted); if a pricing/availability error affects your order, we will contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund.
9. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order (unless otherwise required by applicable law). Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier processing, customs, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. For projectors, returns are accepted only for quality-related issues within 30 days and must include the original packaging and all accessories; non-quality reasons are not accepted. Unless required by law, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
11. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, analytics) that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that such access is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies.
